Good goo-gly moogly.
I remember catching my first "over" on Fork. Thought I had a new state record LMB. Turned out to be about a 10lb bowfin. Dang thing fought like a demon on a plastic worm. Come to think of it, I've caught several of them, and none were less than 5lbs or so. I think they are born that big. lol

I prefer alligator gar or catfish. But, gou and buffalo are not bad.

Can someone educate me please
In layman's terms.......he thought he had a large black bass over the size limit slot and when he got it to the surface it ended up being a mongo freshwater drum aka gasper goo, aka goo, aka rock head.
Most folks would be a little disappointed....Cajuns think he won the lottery..
