Found a friend

Thank you all for coming along .....


While I was back home meeting up with family and training some horses, I had the chance to meet up with this fine gentleman here.

(he was not a bowhunter back then …. )


I remember that day as if it were yesterday …

I was working a horse in a round pen when I saw him standing there.
He was watching everything I was doing.
After I had finished my work with the horse, he came up to me and said:

" Howdy, I am Fred.
It`s been a long time since I saw you last.
We know each other from childhood, we went to school together …. my reason to talk to you , Is a horse I have just bought …….. "

So I showed up at his house the next day.
He offered me a coffee and told me about his problems with that horse.

here it is ...


I offered him my help, also told him that it will take quite some time to solve that problem.






After training him and his horse for more than a week a problem occurred !!!!!


He said that we have not talked about the money yet …. and being afraid that he will not be able to pay me when my work`s done.

I told him I was not looking for a job - I was offering him my friendship.

He looked a bit puzzled … walked up to me and shook my hand ....
