I bought a new recurve a couple months ago and had never gotten my arrows tuned exactly right. I spent most of the day today tweaking arrow length and tip weight along with brace height and nocking point. After much trial and even more error i was shooting bullet holes in paper and my bare shafts started grouping where they are supposed to. Its a good feeling. Now when i am shooting poorly I can disregard the nagging thought that it is an arrow problem and know it is because I am spazzing on some element of form. There are many variables in this equation we call traditional archery - always good to get a handle on one of them.
