    Chiletpin or Birds Eye Pepper Recipe Please!

    Anyone have specific instructions for pepper sauce with these peppers?

    Or a recipe for like a garlic/pepper seasoning with these peppers dried and pulverized?

    We always just stuck the peppers in a jar with vinagar. Dried sounds like it would be nice too though.

      yep, in a jar with vinegar is what we do

        heat some white vinegar on stove pour over peppers, seal in bottle wait a few weeks and enjoy on everything. I keep enough around that I'm always ahead a year on my bottled sauce.

          heat vinegar, add a pinch of salt.
          put peppers, a few black peppercorn, a clove of garlic (and a bit of onion if desired), and a splash of Worcestershire sauce in the bottles.
          Pour boiling vinegar in bottle. let sit for a couple weeks,

            I like to mash them up in a molcajete with garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, and lime

            possibilities are endless
