I'm pretty sure if you're being detained you have to identify yourself..........I'm also pretty sure that if an LEO is asking you to identify yourself ,you are being detained.

If LEO ask for ID I show it to them just out of courtesy whether they pulled me over for a reason or not. What does it hurt to be respectful of them ?

I understand boys, but I think things have changed.
Look up Mexican padilla, he has been harassing our cops for a few months now.
Seems like PD has no teeth anymore. Very sad deal.
