I've been wanting to build one for awhile to start getting a handle on Johnson grass in some hay fields.

After allot of research, I decided to go with a PVC / rope wick mounted on the FEL.

Here's my design

Im not best DIY'er. I do allot of work, then take a few pics.....lol.

As of right now, I am finished with the frame/ booms. Now it's time to layout the PVC, and start gluing

In travel mode, with booms folded up.

It's a herbicide applicator that "wicks" the chemical thru ropes. It has zero drift.

That's a great idea to mount to fel. You will want the wick bar as low as possible for best results. You will also find out it is best to wipe the field in two opposite directions to get a good kill
