    20% cattle cubes or bucket?

Anyone ever used either of these for deer and have good results? Trying to decide if they are worth putting on the lease.

Never see deer touch em. We have tubs out for our cattle most of the year.

Same with us, never seen the deer touch the cubes or tubs.

Deer love the cubes, I’ll put them out on my senderos during hunting season every once in a while.

Only issue with the cubes is that they are too big. A deer will eat them, but bite it into smaller pieces, half the cube falls out of its mouth onto the ground. Deer will just grab another cube instead of eating the smaller crumbs. Lots of waste using cattle cubes as opposed to a 11/16ths pellet

Deer will eat the cubes as good as pellets.

Have never seen a deer touch a tub and we have been using them for cattle for 10 plus years.

8 dollar bags versus 12 to 14 dollar....i feed deer protein but have fed goat pellets in the past. They liked them

I use the tubs, but only after my goats have emptied them. Not much water on my lease, and they work pretty well for water troughs. I've used the trace mineral and salt blocks with success.

If you can get your deer used to eating them they are just as good as "deer" feed.
I fed a lot of cheap "cattle" feed back when they shut us down and my deer did Great on it.

We put 800# of Nutrena Beef Protein out 2 months ago on recommendation from several people but only 100# have been consumed. Not sure if they don't like it or just haven't found it.
