What’s wrong with this deer?

I don’t remember if I posted this last season or not. My dad had a doe show up on camera that would get down on her front knees to eat. We quickly noticed that she essentially had no neck. We spoke to my uncle who lives near by and he said that he had seen her the past 2 seasons. Well she showed up again this year so that would make her about 4 yrs old.
