Finding a Concert?

Myself, my wife, and several other friend couples are wanting to go to a weekend concert sometime after the first of the year. Last time we did this we all went to Fort Worth to Billy Bobs, followed by the Piano bar and we had a good time. We are not opposed to Billy Bobs again, but looking to see what else might be out there.

How do you guys find good country music concerts? Looking within four hours of Lufkin.

Use the “Bandsintown” app. You put in the artists you like and it will show you where people are playing by date and distance. It also shows suggestions based off your settings. I use it a couple times a month. It’s the only way I plan live music outings.

Also, if an artist you like books a show within a specified distance of your area, it will send you an email. Pretty cool.
