Covert - HQ photo download???

Is it just me, or does the HQ photo look the same as the regular photo???

Unless I am doing something wrong.

One of mine says HQ photo not available. Don't know what that means. My others do not say anything but picture on one is lots better.

Unless I am doing something wrong. I request the HQ photo. Once it says it is available for download, I click the lower left hand download icon.

Last year, the app changed the icon to show HQ, but now it just stays the same cloud.

What is this website y'all speak of of? I can request them from the app, but I didn't know about a website for my pics.

Mine quit allowing me to request and download HQ photos a few weeks back. Apparently they did a firmware update and you'll have to go to your camera and download it from there before it will send the HQ photos again. At least that's what the Covert rep told me.

Well that was easy! I found all of the HQ photos I have requested there.

Thank you. Last year I could see them all in the app. I guess now we have to go to the website to get them.
