Man, that deer looks just like a buck that a guy I knew killed. He killed a doe about 10 minutes before it came through. He had a white dog named pickles.

Sat in the tree till noon felt like this morning was gunna be a good one. I've been waiting to hunt this perticular area till I had everything in my favor. Didn't see a thing.
Checked my cam this morning and had a couple really nice bucks chasing does at night for last couple days.

It's been hot... I haven't seen much of anything after early morning, and only real close to bedding.

Yep a little too hot but I hoped the light drizzle and clouds would get things stirring. Finally came down after 11. Walked the unit and saw a ton of fresh tracks and sign but nothing on camera. Probably some phantom deer
