    Bare shaft tuning

Ok gents, looking at these arrows, what can you tell me?

Also trying to find my yardage just under my nock and the first shot at 30 yards I shot this:

Too bad I couldn't repeat it. my serving was coming off from a nick to it from me trying to uninstall a nock point for a fixed crawl. Dumb move but I'll get it fixed tomorrow and play around some more.

This trad stuff is pretty fun!

I'm new to this and really bad at it so if I was shooting like that I'd fletch them and keep on keepin' on.

Looks like you're right on. How high above 0 is your nocking point?

I'm 1/2" high. Thought about moving it since to me my bare shaft looks to be nock low a little.

Looks pretty good to me, but I'm still trying to get mine set.

I'd say you're money. Don't mess with anything!

              Fair enough. Thanks.

Looks pretty good to me. After this point, since I'm primarily a hunter, I add a fletched broadhead arrow to the mix. Shoot the broadhead first to keep from damaging the other arrows.

I would not read too much into the nock low. arrows can do funny things when hitting pressed layered targets. I'd say fletch them up and go to work.
