skinning/caping knife

what do you think is the best? what do you use? I use a small skinner for the hide, but for the head I have not found a knife I like yet that will hold an edge or is small enough to get in the small spots.

I use the Cabel'as caping knives. The one's with the laminated gray wooden handle. They work really well on getting into tight places and hold an edge pretty good. Also easy to sharpen. I've used them on deer and lots of elk.
