Multi purpose handgun question

The FIL and I were talking about a revolver that shoots both small caliber rim fire cartridges as well as 4.10 shells. Anyone know what this critter might be??? (Big brother doesnt let me open firearm sites at work )

45 lc and 410... Lots of manufacturers... If your just hearing about it he's talking about "the judge".

Or with a barrel swap your talking tc contender or encore.

Cant think of any handguns that shoot a rimfire along with the .410's...just the over/under rifles.

Me neither. I'm sure there's one out there but I haven't seen one. I'm going to the Dallas Gun Show this weekend. I'll keep my eyes open.

rossi makes a .22/ .410 rifle.. You have to exchange barrels

t/c contender you can have a .22 barell and a 410 barrell. But it is a single shot handgun. And you have to switch barells to shoot both.Cant think of a revolver though.

I can't imagine how they'd get a revolver to shoot both rimfire and centerfire.


Seen some derringers with that setup, but never a revolver.

It shoots 454, 45lc and 410.
