My boys first motocross race

My 5yr old has his first race tomorrow morning. Hope he can hold on for 30mins. Prayers for no injuries.

Is he racing TORCS or a motocross?

What bike is that? Looks like a TTR110 but the inverted forks are not standard on that bike...

Since it is his first race tell him his goal is to ride smooth & finish the race.

Even at that age he will be amped up before the start.

Tell him to look for good passing spots on the parade/practice lap. The little kids sometimes ride in a big pack.

Most of all tell him to have fun. I raced the STORM series for a few years awhile back. It's a blast.

Practice was rough. I think he was a little overwhelmed with all of the riders. He went down 4 times.
