    Few Arrowheads we found

Moved to Mineral Wells a little over a year ago. We have 5 acres and have found a few pieces . Lots of large pieces of flint as well as a ton of chips.

Here are the best ones we have found . After a hard rain seems to be the easiest time to find em.

I know very little about them, would like to learn more .

Holler at me Ken. I'd be happy to meet you out there with my sons and we can give it a good going over. If you've found that many already there are surely plenty more.

Any day hunting arrowheads is a good day.

I believe the top right one is fake, I can possibly see thru it. You do know it's fake right ? ".....................just kidding, I don't know s#% about them. We have found a couple our selves, it's pretty cool thinking about how old they are and who made them, what were they doing, lost them, shot something and lost arrow, it's crazy to think about. I don't believe any of our " lost" broad heads will last half as long into history.

Great book, that's what I would recommend.

The bottom left projectile is an actual arrowhead.
                          My guess is a Scallorn.

The broken point in the upper right looks like it was well crafted from nice material.

                          Thanks for sharing.

I have the same book plus several others. I do however like that one a lot.
