    woodie nock for skinny string?

would like to shoot x nock carbons, as well as woodies on the same skinny string. do any woodie nocks fit tighter than the rest?

I would suggest using a larger carbon nock if you want to use the same string for wood and carbon arrows and build up the serving in the nock area on your string to work for both. You can always use two different strings, one for carbons and one for woods. It takes quite a bit of time to tune woods and carbons to shoot off of the same string, I would suggest using Stu's Calculator as a good starting point to compare arrows. Good luck.

I just experienced this problem myself. I heated the nocks on my woodies with a blow dryer and slowly squeezed them down until I go a slightly tighter fit . Then dipped them into cold water. Maybe not the best solution but it seems to be working so far.
