Archer Co. NE of Seymour?

On a weekend hunt on a place between Seymour and Lake Kickapoo. Right on the south end of archer Co.

Seems like a good area but haven't seen a thing today (first day)

Anybody have any luck in this area? Always heard there is good deer out here.

6,000 acres, stand I'm in now across the road from the Waggoner Ranch, this place hasn't been hunted in a while. Feeder going, corn gets cleaned up. See tracks everywhere.

Guess it doesn't help that it is 60 degrees outside.

I hear there are some good deer on Waggoner ranch.

I know for a fact there are some 170" + deer running around lake Kickapoo. Big deer country for sure.
