    Live Brisket and Ribs Cook.

    I bought a Brisket and a Rack of Spare Ribs to start early tomorrow morning and thought I’d start a thread to let y’all follow along.


    Just got everything seasoned to sit overnight.

                    Pulled the ribs about 45 minutes ago and let them rest a little over 30 minutes. I think they turned out pretty good.

                      Brisket’s around 165-175 degrees. I’m about to wrap it to finish.
