    Smith prices are all over the place. But new in the box, with tools, and paper work. Probably 1200$ to the right collector. But that price will depend on any handling Mark's, and turn ring on the cylinder. Me I would keep it , and shoot it.

      What dash is it for the model on the frame??

        Great find. I wouldn't shoot it. Looks like it has some light turn marks on the cylinder but that gun in that condition is rare. Get an accurate value estimate from a S & W collector or specialty shop.

          that would be or should be a -5 if made in 1982.

          $800 and up. I'd insure it for 1500.
