Where to eat in Lafayette or Baton Rouge?

We are traveling through to Florida and looking for a good spot to eat. Nothing to spicy as we are with the kids. Seafood is a plus!

On a serious note stop off at Fezzo's in Lafayette. It's right off the interstate.

Prejean's USE to be good. We had our rehearsal dinner there 11 years ago. Now they just rely on the atmosphere to make them money and the food is not as good as it use to be.

What part of Florida are you traveling through?

If you hit Panama City, the list is huge.

                    Lafayette: Prejeans or Fezzos

Baton Rouge: acme Oyster House, Dons, Tommys Fish House or as of last night, my new favorite, Sammys Southern Bistro

There are more, I just cant think of them.

We went to Prejeans in Lafayette a couple of weeks ago. Not all that good and over priced to boot.

Would not do Prejeans, Fezzo is better. Go to the Blue Dog.
