I just don't see a GW givining you a ticket for him. If I were you I'd contact local GW email him pics and ask if he would ticket you.

I did this years ago with our local GW, the Bucks rack not nearly as cool of a rack but same situation. He was an obvious mature animal that had no chance of ever going outside the ears.

The GW gave me the go ahead after showing pics and discussing it with him.

I've found most of the GW's are good guys, especially if they know your intentions are on the up and up you'll have a good relationship with them.
