2500 Upfitter switch panel into a 1500 Ram

I'm wanting auxiliary oem style switches in my 2015 Ram 1500. They have them for the 2500 but not the 1500.

So I'll have to do it myself.

I've still got some tools to gather and research to do.

You're a brave man! I'd mess that up so bad.

      What could go wrong?

      It's just a 5V system with a negative switching??

        I like your style sir.

That Bussman power distribution unit is a nice piece.

Is that a special Barq's in the first pic? I don't think I've ever seen it in a bottle.

                    Yep

I bought the expensive double crimpers.

It'll have weatherpak connectors on both ends of the harness and the lights/ assesories will have them as well.

I can get the relays to engage at 6v.

I need them to engage at 5v

I'm working on a adjustable voltage regulator to get down the 5v to run a test.

                      Wish me luck

As low as it'll go and still engage. 6.3v

I had to get the relay panel rewired for the ground switching.
