Eliminator Spinner Plate

I bought some a few years back. Now, I don't think I have a one that works. Over a period of time, that bushing will fail.
Anybody know if that can be replaced/repaired?

Anybody have a contact e-mail for them? The one I used on the web site no worky for me. Trying to find out if the ones I have can be repaired. Not going to buy another one if it can't.
The ones I have will no longer drop down when spun. Think they are around 4 yrs old now.
