I have a 4x6 that I bought from somebody on the forum that had a completely rotten bottom. (I couldn’t tell because they put a new piece of plywood over it and it seemed fine.

After I replaced the floor it was just fine. The new window designs are good, old ones Not so much. Mine was the rifle version.
