Delrin inserts for seamless tubing? Where to find?

Anyone know where I can buy, or have fabricated, some delrin inserts to go into some 1" ID seamless (DOM) tubing? I need it to be bored out to accept a (probably 1/2") steel pin. I want to make up some pivots and hinges for a project. Tried searching google but I'm finding every imaginable insert except what I need. Lol.

I'm not locked into these dimensions - I could go a little larger; but I AM tied to the available sizes of DOM tubing.

    Any suggestions?

I have used The Jim Ray Company for special plastic seals and such for many years...
Also, APS in Tomball does plastics machining... I know these guys really well. PM me for contact info if you need it.

What about bimini top fittings? They make internal and external. Can get them in metal too.
