      Many places in Central Texas have excellent giant beef ribs. Very tender. A bit greasy. I prefer pork ribs and brisket.

      Sausage is also made inhouse. German meat market style. Most other areas have store bought eckrich looking stuff. Lol.

        Evie Mae's is the best BBQ I have ever had. I did not know what good BBQ was until I put theirs in my mouth. And it's not just their meat that's good - their sides and desserts are at another level. If you're going, get there early, because people start lining up an hour-or-two before they open.
