No!!!! That’s the end of my fishing and football doesn’t fill the void (or bow hunting).

Impressive! I hope they put some stout dudes on the sideline whose only job is to protect him.

Stumbled upon this the other day. Thought it was pretty interesting. A semi-historical summary of comparing where teams start the year in the rankings, and where they end the year in the rankings.

                      Makes sense to me.

Every year the goal is the same. Win the national championship or take meaningful steps towards it. Anything less is not living up to expectation.

That's... not really the point. Their data isn't about "goals" or "steps." Their data is tracking perception vs. reality, right?

It's entertaining. With Texas and USC, both have gone through multiple coaching changes over the last 8 years, yet still recruited at a high level and had a ton of success in the early 2000's.

I can understand why they get ranked.

Looking at his twitter feed and you see teams that haven't won anything in nearly 80 years being the most overrated in their conference. Those type of findings are fun facts.

Right... some teams that made me scratch my head were TAMU and UCLA. Tends to be a fairly large gap between perception and reality with those 2 programs, and there is really nothing in recent memory that justifies "WHY" we inflate them every pre-season.

First scrimmage today for Frogs. Hoping the O-line is not a complete sieve....
