Looks good. A few years back me and a couple buddies did a drop camp caribou/black bear hunt in Alaska. My buddy shot a black bear that had been gorging on blueberries. Grilled over alder wood the backstraps were some of the best meat I've ever eaten.

I've always read it depends on what they have been eating... Berries and Do-nuts = good. Salmon = not so good, unless you like salmon flavored red meat.
