After 2 weeks of doing other things, finally got to sit this morning. She came out at 7:30 at 15 yards. In the freezer by 10. San Angelo state park.

I usually always put mine straight to the freezer. Sometimes I dont, just depends on the time I have. It's a deer, I want it to taste like a deer. Ive also noticed the meat itself is much more bland when you purge it. Much fuller taste when there's no purge time.
