Martin Kaymer has withdrawn. He heard ABCDJ was going to pick an International lineup again. Kiss of death.

You and me both

Scattered thunder storms possible over the next several days. Overnight lows in the high 60's. Prime grass growing conditions

Looked at my " do not pick" list and wondering if I need to go ahead and add "bobble-head" Dustin Johnson to that list.

ABCDJ, you better pick a team of International bad weather specialists who can carry the ball to the pin this week.

Saw earlier today that the PGA Championship is going to move to May starting in 2019. That sure will be interesting and change the Major schedule but makes sense for Fed Ex Cup as well as international comps.

Default Grand Slam: Jordon vs Rory vs Phil

Seems like our man is getting all the pub concerning the slam but Rory has a chance to complete it as well. No doubt given his age that a Jordon victory would rank a little higher up on the list of accomplishments over a Rory slam. BUT if Phil were to win the open at his age how would you rank his slam? Above or below Jordon's? I would go with the Lefty.

Let me see what's in the bag for Phil and I can give a more definite prediction but "he's got no shot"!

So in your opinion Phil has got no shot of ever winning the U.S. Open? Seems a little harsh, I think he has at least a decent shot, look how many times he has been 2nd. But I guess given your opinion, if Phil did win, it would rank above Jordon as a greater Slam Victory?

In my best Bob Rosburg voice "he's dead".

Phil has too many snakes running around his head by the first week in June.

If he was on the LPGA tour the description would be " a purse full of crazy".

He is the only pro who would carry more golf balls than me to the first tee if the "one ball" rule was removed...now that's crazy. ( you need to make a TBH Open to understand this reference )

TBH's server is telling me I don't have enough space left to comment on Jordan

Here's my deal for you. If Phil wins any of the 4 majors, the TPC or the Greater Hartford Open I owe you a beer. If he does not win the U.S. Open you owe me a beer. Payable at the next TBH Open. I'll have a XX.

Since you will probably miss out on one Major next year if the cutoff date is the TBH Open I will go ahead and commit to that bet for two years (1 beer per year) and one year as a separate for the Sr. open when he becomes eligible. Once again payable at the TBH Open.

On second thought I will do the Sr Open separately for the first five years he is eligible since he does not have a shot to win that one either

Still need some teams. It looks like it is not raining tonight in Charlotte but it does not look good for the rest of the week. You better be picking some Mudders.

16ncs and I have met in executive session. We are making the final ruling on a tie at the end of regulation play, 72 holes.

From this day (8-8-17) forward. If after 72 holes of regulation play, there is a tie between 2 or more teams. Those teams tied shall split equally the total prize purse.

16ncs will divide the losing teams equally and tell you who to send payment to.

Thanks again Paul for all your hard work in the 2017 TBH PGA golf team championship.

The best thing about the last PGA Major concluding.

Football season is here !!!!

I agree with ThorThunder here. ABCDJ, you just get back to Coaching and I'll post up a playoff method by Friday. If all we did was split the pot that would be too easy. More importantly it would take away something for me to complain about and I like to complain

Putting contest - good
Auto race - no good, 2003 Volvo puts me at a disadvantage
Arm Wrestling - Maybe 30 years ago
FSC - now you're talking I hit the XX bullseye at the TBH Open in Ft. Worth!

This reminds me, y'all post up some Houston or San Antonio golf course ideas for the 2018 TBH Open.

Came in second on a money tournament because they decided to flip a coin. The putting green was 5 steps out the door and a coin flip was their best idea. The guy who won split the pot with me...........
