If I didn't know better, I'd say the same thing. This gene runs through the deer on my place, long and slender. But I definitely know he's been around for 3 years. Looking forward to seeing him mature.

At 2 he was the same frame 8, just a little shorter on tine length, etc.

That deer looks awkwardly long and thin in the front end. I would of guessed 2 if you werent positive he was 3.

I agree with that. He's got some sway to his back, but looks kind of thin... Neck doesn't come down level with his chest, so I'd say no older than 3 for sure...
Of course, I don't even know where Burnett County is, much less what is normal for the area... And could be just a sleek look due to time of year...
