Default Hemphill Big Cat

Might have already been posted. I don't believe it though, everyone knows there are only black panthers in East Texas.

To me it just looks like a big bobcat. I don't put much faith in anything coming out of Beaumont news(or media in general).

Not sure that I could positively identify that as a lion....And I dang sure don't see the black dogs. Maybe I need to have my vision checked....
Adios,
Gary

That pic is blurry enough it could be a bobcat, Cougar, or second shooter that base jumped from the 32nd floor.

Does look a bit bobcatish
Doubt that tail is tucked under or behind its leg.

Looks very much like a cougar to me. I get it that they are not something you see every day but they do exist. For some reason though every picture you see of them in the wild is either real blurry or too dark. Kinda the same with Bigfoot.

Looks like it could be a young mtn lion. Doesn't look long in the midsection. Could also be a bobcat. The blurred pic could be making the spots invisible. I've seen bobcats and mtn lions on my lease in Hardin/Polk Counties.
