I like to use the toaster oven, just make sure your trim all of the fat so it fits in there.

Essential Oils is an excellent substitute for Dr. Pepper.

And for the love of everything good. Use Dr Pepper not the imposter Dr Thunder crap!

                  This is key

Any of these will work.....but only the original Dr Pepper and Dr. Perky pictured bottom left below will get you the right smoke ring....

For low and slow in the summer , I slather my meat in sensual massage oil..........

Sorry I momentarily forgot where i was going with this. Oh yeah, slather meat in massage oil and then I toss it on the concrete and let it roast in the Texas sun for a day. It’s like God’s own little easy bake oven. I’ve also been known to move it to the dashboard of the truck, it’s a little like the Texas crutch method, just wrapped in sheet metal and glasss instead of TTaxidermy’s headgear foil

My wife likes to call me Dr. Perky on occasion. Usually when my internal temperature reaches about 190.

You still have time to punch him before your next nap.
