Red marinade at Mexican meat markets

Does anybody have a recipe for the red marinade they use at Mexican meat markets?

    Thanks

Are you talking about the dry rub they use or a liquid marinade?

Based on my bottle of dry rub it looks like 50% MSG..

That’s not meat. It’s uterus from a menstruating cow.

My wife buys it weekly and I have no idea what it is. That red El Venado looks like a good place to start to me

This is the seasoning Azteca told me they used in their meat counter box so I bought some.......never seen a liquid version.

Gonna have to try the orange or pineapple juice beforehand.

It’s not liquid. You combine paste with a liquid, like cooking oil and then blend.

I make my own with spices since salt is generally number 1 ingredient in store boughts and you can't walk back too much salt
