Default Finished Pig Knife and Sheath.

Finally, it's take me long enough. I've been traveling on business quite a bit. Pictures with better detail of that beautiful Sanbar Stag Antler probably the best Sanbar Stag I've ever seen. Of course highlighting the phenomenal Scrimshaw work by my brother Charles W. Conner. The Alabama Damascus Steel is amazing. All I did was put it all together.

I'm real happy with the way it turned out Sam; actually shaping and fitting the guard was the hardest thing. I know you can appreciate that being a knifemaker yourself. I tore up three sheaths before I was satisfied with the last one. I'm sure I'll have to keep this one, not too many people are willing to pay what it's worth, and who wants to spend that kind of money and use it on a pig.

Yes, you should definitely keep that one for show and tell.

Yup, i know how hard it is. I made a Bowie early on and had such a difficult time with it that I've been too intimidated to try it again even though I've really wanted to.

That sheath is something else. Yup. Keep that one, at least until you make another one that's almost that nice.

Amazing work in every respect -- handle, blade, sheath; and the photos really capture the art of it all!
