Default Trying Cajun Blake's Ragin Blaze fajita seasoning on barbecued baby back ribs.

I'm sure it will be delicious. Cooking on hardwood lump charcoal from the store at 250 degrees.

Turned out great. Left them on a little too long, and they got crispy crust, but flavor and moisture was great.

This is probably when I should have pulled them off, but I wrapped them and left them on.

I sort of did the same thing. I used Blakes fajita spice on some pork steak and grilled them up. Pure awesomeness
