Default Backcountry Bow

Hey everyone, new to the site and looking for a little help. Going on a DIY elk hunt in Colorado this year and looking to get a new bow for the trip. I am still new to bow hunting and shoot a old AK37 right now. From trying new bows I'm leaning to the Triax. Thanks for any help

Everybody is gonna tell you to shoot as many as you can and find the one that fits you best. It is sound advice.

Sounds good, don't mind doing that.

APA would be a great back country bow. But like Stoof said, go shoot and find one that fits you best.

After shooting as many as I could get my hands on I went with the Triax.

Go carbon! You don't realize how much an extra pound or two wears you down until you're climbing 2000' in the mountains
