Default Help with DIY Antler Project

I want to try to make some deer antler handles for some fire starter rods. I have never work with antlers before. What are the prefer tools for cutting and shaping?

Not sure exactly what you have in mind, but with a band saw and a drill press you should be able to make just about anything.

I always use my metal band saw to trim my antlers. And metal drill bits work well. Be prepared for the "bone stink" that comes from cutting bone.
