I built this for my buddies fifth wheel camper. It was made to be able to use several different things. The 2 outer one receivers are for the bumper and for a custom motorcycle carrier. The center one is so he can pull his boat or jet skit or put his cargo carrier to haul his paraglider motor backpack.
