Don't really have oaks around here, but which do deer prefer, white or red oak acorns ?

My understanding is that White is their favorite. However, it you have reds, they'll be happy to hide in the thick stuff and eat them all day and night.

As a general rule, deer prefer white oak, less tannins. But, there are exceptions. Water Oak (which many call Pin Oak) is a red oak, but is highly preferred.

I see a pine tree with red oak leaves lol.

Deer prefer white oak, but will eat the reds and pin oaks too. Overcups are good too if you can find those
