I don't weld so I would be out of luck.

The only meal photo I have seen on here that I had doubts about was one about half full of brussel sprouts. One of those goes a long way with me.

I am in Keegan's corner on this...it's a lot of food to finish but someone has to do it
Bucees in Terrell has the set up for about $350. I don't have one but I would say it looks pretty awesome.

Is there a certain way to break one I once fabricated? Steps to follow?

It has a shorter middle piece to replace the long one so you can use it for crawfish or turkey fryer. BrettC made it.

I finally got a disk, now I have to build the discada. Have to plug the hole in the middle and put some handles in it.

I need to buy a disc. It's the one cooking tool I don't have.

Checkout "Maverick Fabrication" maverickfab.net - legdog bought his 24" with coiled handles and one inch edge and my 22".

                            Good Luck!
