Looch mentioned him having a contract in hand after Aranda Spurned them. I wonder how much they had to go up to get him.

Looks like Ags had an offer to ELKO and he drug his feet, when Aranda said if you pay me X I'll come over. So we told Elko hold on, and tried to court Aranda. We got that man paid, $10M gauranteed, and Elko said I aint draggin my feet anymore.

Looks like we landed our #2 target.

Former Wake Forest DC and well seasoned. He's a pretty good one with an Ivy League education. Sounds like he didn't come cheap, but that's what happens when you play high stakes poker. I think it is a really good hire.

#3 Target then, but I never really considered Pruitt a legitimate target / available. He got a Head coaching job, he wasn't taking a DC anywhere over that.

3 year - $1.8M a year for Elko, pretty much same as what we were already paying 3rd and Chavis
