    Garage apron

Knives/leather or otherwise garage is dirty work. Made a couple of these over the past few days, protect the important parts. Pic isn't the best, but the aprons are functional. First sizable project with my Pfaff.

Nice job. After catching my cloth apron on fire a long time ago, I went looking for a leather apron and had a hard time finding one I liked.

I found one Sam at Northern Tool; a welders leather apron for about 30 bucks. I have had mine over five years and still going strong. A whole lot less than what I could buy the leather.

          Was it like this one?

I got one just like that except without the pockets. The only thing I don't like about it is the neck strap. It seems flimsy to me, and it's not very comfortable on the neck. Otherwise, I like it. It has kept me from catching on fire.
