Had the same problem a couple years ago. Doc prescribed an inhaler. Worked GREAT. I just can't remember the name of it. Very common one tho. May not even require a prescription now.

The cough silencer actually works. I keep one in my backpack.

Nope. After checking, it was not an inhaler but a nasal spray. Flonase. Sorry.

I had a persistent cough for years and found out it was one of my meds. I recalled my Dad using Peppermint Schnaaps (Sp?) in a small bottle and taking just a taste of it whenever he was going to cough. I have used it for years now and it really works. I bought a flask and keep it in my day pack.

I head to Kansas on Friday and I've came up with a loud cough I think is just chest congestion but I can only hold them back for so long. Any tricks or meds to clear this up in 4 days? Or good way to keep it under control in the stand?
