Can a coon get thru 4x4 welded wire panel?

Throwing together a scrap stand and fill. I've got some pieces of 4x4 utility panel and was thinking about using it to build a coon/hog guard. What do ya think?

Putting that up as a guard will just give them a place to hang out In while they work on figuring out the spin plate.

You could offset the squares and double the panel, if you had enough material.

If a coon gets his head through, the rest is easy.
