2 Acre Lot Clearing

What is the going rate to have a 2 acre lot cleared and cleaned up? It's pretty grown up and may have a couple old storage sheds on it. Thanks

Would leave 90% of the big trees and the others are up to 8' tall and as big as your wrist with lots of brush.

I would think you would need to haul it off, the city limit line is across the street with houses close.

You should be able to find someone to mulch it with a skid steer for 1500 to 1750 an acre.

I just had 3 acres of thick stuff cleared with a dozer. He managed the burn piles and final grade. It was 7k

I have a guy with a Bobcat going over to look at it this afternoon and give me a price to clear and haul off.

Just hold a TBH get together one weekend.

The rules can be as follows. 10 cases of ice cold beer but only after the center is cleared enough to have a burn pile. Once the fire gets going good people can start drinking. They have to find fire wood on your property only to keep the fire/party going all weekend.
