Finally had time to resume. Working on replacing the tongue. Got the old one off and going with a new 4í one made with 4Ē channel iron to match the rest of the frame. Might have time to finish that part Sunday.

Got my cut man working. Lol

Next step is sand blast and paint. But you know what they say- when you build a pit, youíre never finished. Lol
Thereís a few other things Iíd like to do when time allows. I need some storage space. But ready to get it painted and registered.

Looks good, I prefer the smoke flow as you have it. I donít cook as well on a reverse flow.

Iím the same way. I guess itís what Iím used to. I like this way because if I need to speed things up a bit, Iíll move the meat to the firebox side where Iím running a little more heat.

Thanks bud. It came a long way from looking like this. Lol
Now I look for reasons to cook on it. Weíll be doing 2 briskets and some ribs this weekend again.
