All caught up. Not a bad show. Buncha unbelievable crap....but most shows are. At least it's not about 5 baloney pony riders in a Manhattan apartment.

so far its better than most TV shows and movies now a days. I could do without the cussing, but I still think its worth watching.

I had to chuckle when the my wife turned to me and asked if calves can run like that when they are born.

So who is the guy that branded the looser cat? Is he just the guy that does the ranch owners dirty work?

It's getting interesting.. So far so good.. I think it will be a good look at how politics, big $$$ and influence can work..

Beautiful scenery too.. Not many shows filmed in the mountains..

I liked it when the Governor told Costner that they needed to schedule a "lunch" His response, "I could really use a lunch".

My wife and I now have new code language......

This show doesn't care about fine detail

So previous shows the scene resembled fall. Last night they jump to march 30 the anni of his wife's death. It would be cold possibly snow on the ground. But what you have is green grass and the daughter jumping in water tank for a sit...for some reason

I agree, there's also no western or diamondback rattle snakes in Montana. Looked like they shot that scene with two different rattle snakes.

Over all its pretty darn good, little slow though.

Agreed....one time it looked like an eastern and then a western. They really should have better nature consultants for shooting movies like this. I'm available

This kinda caught me off guard. Since when do they show actual T&A on regular tv. When it showed her nipples I looked at my wife and asked her when they started doing that.

This show is very poorly written imo. No cohesive story line, random (and ridiculous things) happening for no reason (not that I’m complaining, but what was the point of the daughter getting into the water trough nekkid?). People just shooting people like it happens all the time. Just a poorly written show

I am enjoying the show overall. Yes, there are some pretty cliche story lines and some unnecessary dramatic points but most shows have some of that. I do like the writing by Taylor Sheridan. He was involved with both Sicarios as well as Hell or High Water and Wind River. He is a Texas guy who reminds me a bit of Cormac McArthy. I am still in...

There is always something that you can pick at about a show but I like it especially when you compare it to all of the crappy shows that are on tv.

I made an honest attemp to like it.
However, the reasons for me to not like it stacked up pretty quick, without me having to look.
My wife had to twist my arm to watch the second episode. She'll have to drug me to watch the third.

And on the mention of Lonesome Dove, eliminating the entire Arkansas story would have greatly improved the whole series. But, Larry McMurtry seems to think lots of words, no matter how extraneous, make for good litetature. I guess the series script took a similar route.
