If that tube steel is 4" opening and that's a 6' t-post behind him I'm having trouble seeing 200 lbs or 150". I would love to be wrong though. Great pics!

What is the distance between the notches on a t-post? If my thinking is right they are 2"???

Looking at the 3rd pic and comparing them using the 2" grid (notches) I am even more confident this deer will go 150+!

That buck is alot closer to 160" then he is 150".......Thos MB's going up like that will fool you and he's got some mass to go along with those kickers...........He's a stud...call me crazy but I can see the buck breaking into the 60's, that's a 150" frame all day without the trash..

This deer would split his time between the ranch I was on at the time and our south neighbor. I might have a shed picture if I dig enough. It was the year after and he lost his devil horns as we called them. He scored 50s with the extras.

WOW, just stumbled across this. That's the deer I was seeing that year. Never shot him although I had several opportunities. I couldn't make my mind up if he would break 150 or not. Kinda my personal rule. Deer left during the rut never to be seen again, and to my knowledge no one shot him.

Whatever you think he scores in velvet from a trail camera picture, take 10% off and that will be closer to right. If you think he is 150.....135 will be close. they will fool you in velvet.

Mid 50s easy. That is an old Mexico deer. Huge body. Take that in to account.
